If a company does have a
personal option program, I might first buy the option and decide later if I
will sell the options or subscibe shares with
options.
I try to estimate future
dividends for the those options that correct the
strike price with dividends and deduct half of estimates from the strike price.

-price below break-even
(BE)
-Black & Scholes
formula gives a price better than current price (BS)
-total rank by different
measures (RANK)
