Employee options

Updated Apr 16, 2019

If a company does have a personal option program, I might first buy the option and decide later if I will sell the options or subscibe shares with options.

I try to estimate future dividends for the those options that correct the strike price with dividends and deduct half of estimates from the strike price.

I prefer following options:

-price below break-even (BE)

-Black & Scholes formula gives a price better than current price (BS)

-total rank by different measures (RANK)
